This standard sets strict provisions ranging from location requirements, material design, vegetation, air circulation (ventilation), play furniture, to management systems and risk mitigation. This certification is concrete proof of the management's commitment to protecting children's rights and supporting the realization of an appropriate public facility ecosystem.
This standard specifies requirements for the location, utilization, accessibility, materials, vegetation, ventilation, equipment, play and environmental furniture, safety, security, health and hygiene, comfort, lighting, and management of RBRA facilities.

Application Submission
The facility manager registers the RBRA area and submits the legality documents and profile of the park/play facility.
SOP Document Review
The auditor team evaluates the adequacy of maintenance guideline documents, visitor safety rules, and emergency procedures.
On-Site Inspection
Direct physical inspection of play equipment materials, sanitation, security systems, lighting, and vegetation viability.
Corrective Action
Management must rectify non-conformity findings, such as repairing rusted/sharp equipment or hazardous areas.
RBRA Certificate Issuance
Facilities that pass the feasibility test will receive an RBRA Certificate as proof of a safe and standardized play space.
